This is necessary for us to make the correspondence with you, transparant and visible to our colleagues and to keep you informed of the event for which you have registered.

INCOMING MAIL

Most emails received are in regards to one or more of the events. When you send an email to us, our system then stores your name and email address linked to the event for which you have emailed us. This is necessary for us to make the correspondence with you, transparant and visible to our colleagues and to keep you informed of the event for which you have enquired and-or registered.

TICKETSHOP

When you order a ticket via one or more of the ticket shops linked to the various event pages. We ask you to fill in your personal details including your telephone number. This is necessary for us to meet our obligations and to officially  process your order. We also use your email address to keep you informed in regards to the relevant event you have bought a ticket for and other events that may match your interest, if you have opted for the opt-in.

NEWSLETTERS

If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, you will continue to receive it unless you unsubscribe. We will not make your data available and-or share it with third parties of any kind, unless we are legally obligated to do so. Processing of your personal data is limited to only the minimum of data necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
All servers and devices used by our organisation, employees’ are equipped with up-to-date security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
